As a .NET Technical Lead you will be responsible for the delivery of technology based business solutions. You will be involved in component design, coding, unit testing and deployment of systems and system components working within a framework to meet both functional and non functional requirements.

As a Technical Lead you will be expected to understand, and be comfortable with, the whole development lifecycle, i.e. Designing Solution Architecture, Programming, Testing, Change Management as you will be either directly doing some of the above and supervising the others.

Responsibilities:
  • Working as part of a team to develop, test and maintain multi-tier enterprise applications.
  • Supporting the technical design process by participating in the analysis of technical application requirements
  • Participating in implementing the technical infrastructure
  • Coding and testing program modules that meet design specifications
  • Develop the applications inline with our ISO 9001:2000 and PMP Processes.
Qualifications:
  • BS / MS in computer sciences. Intelligent dropouts are also considered.
  • Some kind of Microsoft Certification will be a plus

 
Skills Requirements:
  • Proven experience in developing systems and using development methodologies for the web-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
  • Track record of building systems in a data-driven manner using technologies such as XML.
  • In depth knowledge of the .NET framework and C# programming language.
  • Commercial experience and proven track record in using .Net Framework and related libraries, MS SQL, BizTalk Server 2004, design skills using UML,
  • Experience using XML and understanding of XSD and XSLT.
  • Understanding of Web Services and their use within the .Net framework.
  • Fundamental grasp of object-oriented design, multi-threaded programming and distributed systems in a real-time environment.
  • Previous experience of leading and developing .NET teams.
  • Some level of MS certification will be a bonus.
