| Responsibilities: |
- Support/assist the CEO on a day to day basis, completing tasks necessary for effective and efficient sales operations
- Follow-up on strategic initiatives, action items on meeting minutes, client meetings
- Organize and execute procurement processes, vendors and service providers’ dealings
- Ensure execution of executive orders
- Manage memberships in organizations, bank dealings etc
- Managing accounts at a higher level i.e. cash flows, collections etc
- Develop weekly reports on company projects
- Coordinate with software teams to follow-up
- Manage client relationships
- Schedule meetings and lunches as well as coordinate travel (flights, hotels, transportation)

| Qualification & Skill Requirement : |
- Graduation or masters degree (MBA or IT degrees will be preferred although not necessary).
- Excellent communication skills in English; will be working directly with international clients on daily basis.
- Must be resourceful and possess COMMON SENSE.
- Self-starter; the right candidate has the opportunity to advance within the company.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and Excel.
