The is categorized into three types of modules:

  • Patient related modules
  • Accounts and Management modules
  • Statistics and Misc. modules

List of modules that we have deployed

Following modules have already been completed and are under process of deployment in some of the public healthcare departments:

Patient Registration   Top

This module includes generation of unique HER (electronic health record) number for each patient, Registration receipt generation, patient search etc.

Consultation's Module   Top

This module is customized for each specialty e.g. medical, surgery, gynae etc. This module enable doctors, CMOs, Consultants to enter patient’s records and update treatment information, get executive summary, discharge patient, refer to other departments etc. The module enables easy and fast entry of history, diagnosis and other patient data.

Ward/Nursing Station   Top

This module enables staff to update patient information like progress notes, bed allocation, treatment information and other relevant information. Reporting screens allows the management to see the overall ward/bed allocation and plan resource allocation/patient admissions accordingly.

Operation Theatre   Top

This module allows the staff to update operation notes, order lab tests and medications. The reporting section would allow various operations’ reports.

Pathology and Radiology Lab   Top

The module allows directly taking test orders from other units and the updated test results are made available to the doctors instantly over their screens. Also reports are generated to view overall statistics.

Blood Bank   Top

This modules handles all the operations of Blood bank. This connects blood bank to other modules so that blood requisition request and blood tests reports can be automatically handled.

Pharmacy   Top

The pharmacy modules handles complete account, inventory and billing of the pharmacy. This can connect to other modules of the system to get medications prescribed to any patient. The modules have special emphasis on ensuring transparency in pharmacy operations.

Accounts and Inventory   Top

This module handles complete accounts of the hospital Also the inventory modules keep track of stocks in stores.

Payroll and HR module   Top

This module handles the payroll and other human resource related activities like attendance, performance etc.

Statistical Analysis of data   Top

This module comprises of various reports designed to give complete picture of hospital’s performance. This shows various views of same data to give management a complete perspective into such attributes as employees’ performance, patients’ disease pattern, drugs usage report etc.
